Deer Park at West Islip, 2 p.m.: Deer Park (4-3) has not beaten a team with a winning record this season. So why do some people feel the Falcons are such a threat to West Islip? Perhaps it's because the line is strong and quick and fullback Mike Gimeli is a jackhammer of a runner. Or maybe it's because quarterback Nick Donofrio is approaching 1,000 yards on the ground, which is quite impressive. The Falcons have had a successful season and would love to punctuate the program's resurgence with a big win at playoff-bound West Islip (5-2). Too bad the Lions have shut out two straight opponents, including playoff-bound Newfield (5-2), which was averaging 26 points per game.
